About this role
Research and map padel courts across Greater Jakarta (and later other cities)
Plan efficient visit routes and conduct in-person meetings with court owners, General Managers, and tournament coordinators
Deliver product demonstrations (show how easy it is to run Americano tournaments, live scoring, real-time results for players, etc.)
Clearly explain the value to the court: less admin work, better player experience, more professional tournaments, ability to attract serious players/events, and potential new revenue streams
Negotiate and close partnership agreements
Onboard new partner courts and support their first tournaments on the platform
Maintain relationships with existing partners and collect feedback for product improvement
Track all activities, pipeline, and results (using simple CRM/tools we provide)
Occasionally attend padel events or tournaments to represent the company
Requirements
- 2+ years in business development, field sales, or B2B partnerships
- Comfortable with heavy field work and visiting multiple locations per day
- Self-motivated, resilient, high energy, comfortable with rejection
- Reliable transportation (motorcycle)
- Comfortable learning and demoing a web/app product on phone or tablet
